Prof. Marcel Papka Agah PhD, JP is a Distinguished Professor of Mathematics Education at Adamawa State University, Mubi, Nigeria since 2009. He had his higher education at the University of Maiduguri where he obtained his Bachelor’s degree in 1992 followed by Master’s Degree at the University of Jos 2002, PhD degree at Adamawa State University, Mubi 2015 all in Mathematics Education.

Prof. Agah began his academic career at Adamawa State University Mubi where he held leadership position such as Time Table officer, Examination officer, Postgraduate Coordinator, Dean, Sandwich Coordinator, Chairman and Members of several Committees which contributed immensely to the growth of the University.

Prof. Agah an erudite scholar has made remarkable contributions towards research in Mathematics Education and had published over 30 articles in National and International reputable referred Journals and conference proceedings. He attended several workshops in Mathematics and Education related matters both National and International.

Currently, he is the Deputy Vice Chancellor Administration, Adamawa State University, Mubi.
